Price Chopper provides online access for pay statements and W2 Forms. These documents can be viewed and printed through the Price Chopper employee self-service portal. If you did not elect to receive your W2 Form online, the W2 Form would be printed and mailed on or before the federal deadline of January 31, and it may take up to two weeks for the USPS to deliver to the home address on file. Access to the Direct Connect portal is limited to Price Chopper teammates only. To access the site, you have to complete a registration process. Once you have registered, you can log in with your Unique ID and password. To register-
- Go to https://myportal.pricechopper.com/myportal/portal/default
- Click on “User Management” from the top of the right-hand side.
- Click on Register
- Enter your Unique ID (provided by the IT desk and you have used for logging in the SharePoint), password (of your choice), select security questions and provide answers, and enter the last four digits of your SSN to answer question no 3.
- Click on submit. Now you will be on the Home Page. You no need to create an account again. You will log in with your Unique ID and password by clicking the Login link.
Tax Form Management
Those who need historical W-2 Forms may visit the Tax Form Management website. The system will ask you to enter Price Chopper’s employer code (10581) and your user ID, PIN.
Note: Please Do Not post your confidential information, including Unique ID, Date of birth, Social Security Number, and employee ID, in the comment. Managers/Supervisors are the best sources of information related to your employment and payroll.
