Access process to the Portal
As an employee of Pike Corporation, you can access the payroll portal for your documents and information with a successful login attempt. You can follow the Quick Link as Pike People from the company website or visit the login page using this link https://www.pikepeople.com and log in with your Microsoft account. If you do not know about your account, please contact your employer, payroll coordinator, or HR department.
After logging in with your Microsoft account, you must click on the HR & Payroll Self-Service. If you need to log in again, provide your UltiPro User name and Password and click on the login button.
Now, you can view, print, or download your Pay Stubs and W2 statements. Besides, you can update your personal, contact, and other information. You can know about different details and benefits also.
What to do as a first-time or new user?
- First, complete your login process with your Microsoft account at https://www.pikepeople.com and go to HR & Payroll Self Service.
- As a first-time user, you have to change your initial Password. First, enter your initial Password as your Date of birth, and then you must enter the new Password twice for confirmation. Please, follow the password requirements from the screen for changing your initial Password.
- Now provide three challenge questions from the dropdown list for your security purpose. The system may ask you to change the Password or any time about these questions to verify your identity. So, please be careful about your answers and remind them properly.
- Finally, you will be able to view the home page of the Portal. This is also called the Dashboard or the Personal UltiPro Screen. All your documents are available as Pay stubs, W2 statements, and other personal, contact, and benefits information. You can view, print, or download your records and update your information when required.
