PTI Driver portal

PTI drive self-service portal allows drivers to log into the portal remotely. The driver portal is designed for PTI drivers only. Therefore, if you are a PTI driver, you can access the Driver self-service portal anywhere you have internet access. You will need a username and passcode. If you are a first-time user, you need to contact your payroll office, and the payroll coordinator will provide you with the login information.

How to use the self-service portal-
You will find the following menu tabs throughout the site.
Home- Home menu will show your profile information, including name, address, and contact information.
Dispatch- used to send off.
Safety- the menu discusses safety tips.
Training- View the video tutorial. To view the video tutorial, you should have installed the flash player.
HR- You can use the HR tab for the following purpose;
Access your benefits program, including health, vision, and others plan.
It is used to change the address. Download essential forms and submit your leave request.
Payroll- The payroll tab provides payroll-related information, including the pay stub portal link, payday calendar, and payroll FAQ.
Employee Helpline- the menu tab contains the employee helpline number.
Newsletter- You can subscribe to the newsletter. And the news option contains important news and notice.

How to login Driver Portal
1. Go to http://ptidrivers.unitedevv.com/
2. Login into the driver portal with the login information, including username and passcode. Contact your manager or HR payroll coordinator for login information if you do not have the login information. The payroll coordinator will provide you with the login information.

PTI W2s

PTI Employees: All employees, including driver’s wages and tax statements (W2s) for the current year, will be postmarked in the last week of the following January and no later than 31st January. This is the original copy of your Form W-2. First, ensure that it will not misplace. If misplaced, you are required for an additional document or reissue your Form W-2. Reissuing a Form W-2 requires a service charge, which is not free. Therefore, to avoid misplaced or reissue, you must have an updated address in the HR system.

Drivers can confirm and update personal contact information online, including address, cell phone number, email address, emergency contact, etc. In the finishing part of this article, I will describe how to update your address and contact information online.

Employees can pick up their Form W-2 at the branch office. To access a branch office, you should consent to the payroll office. Employees who agreed to receive their Form W-2 at the branch office will not postmark a home address. So you must pick it up at the branch office. We hope that PTI will provide the W-2s online as soon as possible.

You must contact your payroll office for the following purpose-
Reissue- If your Form W-2 has been misplaced or lost, you must get to your payroll office.
Correction- your Form W-2 shows incorrect data; you must contact with payroll office for any correction.
Update your address online:
1. Go to http://ptidrivers.unitedevv.com/
2. Login into the driver portal with the login information, including username and passcode. Contact your manager or HR payroll coordinator for login information if you do not have the login information.
3. Once logged in, click on Change of Address Request under the HR menu.
4. Enter your updated address information and submit. Your entered data will be automatically adjusted to the HR system.

PTI Driver Pay Stubs

PTI Drivers: PTIPay allows you to log in via the internet to view and print your pay stubs with all payroll information, whether on direct deposit or receiving a paycheck. Pay stubs for both current and historical can be accessed from PTIPay anytime and anywhere. PTI also offers a driver portal for you to access your resource. PTI driver portal tools are designed user friendly. However, you will access your pay stub or payment summary via phone and text messages. This article follows instructions for accessing your pay stubs online, IVR, POS, and text messages.

Accessing Pay Stubs Online

1. Go to http://ptidrivers.unitedevv.com/
2. Login into the driver portal with the login information, including username and passcode. Contact your manager or HR payroll coordinator for login information if you do not have the login information.
3. Click on payroll Links under Payroll Tab.
4. Click on the Paystub portal, which will be redirected to the pay stub sign on-page.
5. On the sign-in page, type your login information, including your employee ID and PIN, and click on Sign In. You must complete the registration process if you are a newly hired employee.
6. Click on the First visit? Register Now link. This will take you to the registration page.
7. Enter your Date of Birth and the last three digits of your social security number and click on Submit. The information ensures that only those individuals who are authorized to access the account may do so. If you enter invalid input, then the system will show that the data is incorrect.
8. Establish a personal user ID and PIN.
9. After registering, login with your Employee ID and PIN. Once logged in, you will see the pay stub portal tab, View Pay Stubs, Email, Text Messages, and Change PIN.
10. Use the View Pay Stubs tab to view and print your pay stubs. It will show a list of pay stubs, and recent ones will appear on top.

Access via IVR
You can use the IVR system to access your payroll summary. Call 1-800-845-8683, and the IVR system will ask for your employee ID and the last four digits of your SSN.

Access via POS
Money Network POS options are available for all employees. Therefore, you can use the POS system to print out your current pay stub only.

Access via Tex messaging
You can also receive a short statement of your payment via text messages to your phone by texting BAL to 445544.

PTIPay

PTIpay is an employee’s self-service portal of Professional Transportation Inc. It is a web-based program that allows access to the PTI employee’s personal and employment information online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you are an associate of Professional Transportation Inc., you will now be able to use PTIPay;

Access and print your pay stubs– PTIPay provides online your pay stub information. You can view and print your pay stub at any time and anywhere. Therefore you will no longer need a paper copy of your pay stub. To access PTIPay, you must log in to your account.

Manage Your Personal & Contact Information– The self-service system also allow you to update and manage your account information, including personal information, contact, and emergency contact information.

Setup and Manage Direct Deposit account- Users of this portal can manage their direct deposit bank account.
