And it isn’t effortless to provide manually via paper copy. So, it recommends the Employee Self-Service portal as Kronos Workforce Central for receiving the pay stubs and w2 statements.

So, access the portal quickly following this article and receive your pay stubs & w2 statements rapidly.

I have planned the process step by step for the new users. If you are an old user, you can only log in directly following the login process.

Step 1: Create New Logon

If you want to access a secured system, you need credentials like a username and password. So, you have to manage the login credentials following this process:

NB: You must need a flash player to load this login page. If this page is not loading on your browser, you will first be suggested to download and install adobe flash player by this page or download the latest version of adobe flash player and install it. And reload the page.

  1. Navigate to https://atwork.mygabes.com/wfc/navigator/logon.
  2. Click on the “Create New Logon” option.
  3. Submit your Social Security Number (SSN), Last Name, and Date of Birth.
  4. Complete the process of creating a strong password.

Then, the system will provide your username and keep it in your mind carefully.

Step 2: Login Process

  • Return to the login page or navigate using the link provided in step 1.
  • Enter your Username.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Click the login button beside the password input box.

Now, select My Information > Employee Home Page to reach Employee Self-Service.

Step 3: View your paychecks and W2 statements

You can now review your earnings for each of your paychecks by clicking the Year drop-down list arrow and selecting the year your desired paycheck is available to review. The total hours, gross pay, taxes, deductions, and net pay for the check’s pay period are open in each row of the workspace. Just click the Check Date hyperlink to view the details of each paycheck.

The Earnings History Detail page with total net pay, the check number, and any Direct Deposit distributions along with the corresponding amounts is also available. A drop-down box is on the screen for quickly switching your paychecks.

Forgot Your Password?

Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link and submit your username as the answer to the security question. Then reset your forgotten password following the system instructions.

TGI Fridays Pay stubs & W2s

As a TGI Fridays employee, you will be delighted to know that your pay stubs and w2s are available on Greenshades software, an online employee self-service portal that allows you to get access to receiving your pay stubs, w2 statements, and managing personal information. You can change your personal information on this portal, such as addresses, taxes, and direct deposits. This self-service is accessible anytime via the website or mobile app. You can access it anytime from anywhere through a network-connected device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone and can view or print your pay stubs and w2 statements.

If you are already a registered user of this portal creating an account, you can log in directly by providing your email address and password. Otherwise, you have to create an account first, following these instructions:

  1. Go to the portal’s employee login page through your network-connected computer or laptop using this URL: https://www.greenshadesonline.com/SSO/EmployeeApp/#/company/JACKMONT/login or mobile application.
  1. Click on the “Create an account” option from the right section of the login page.
  2. Enter your email address and create your password following the requirements: at least six characters, at least one uppercase letter, and at least one number.
  3. You have to verify your account by email verification, and you will be sent an email message to your email address.
  4. From the email message, click on the “Continue GreenEmployee Account Setup” link and provide the required information following the instructions, such as SSN (Social Security Number) without dashing and date of birth with slashes.
  5. Now, select an option from the list for verifying your identity to create your self-service account on this portal.
  6. You will be sent an access code following your selection. Provide that code and click “Continue to Green Employee” to go to the next step.
  7. If your entered code is valid, you will be confirmed through a pop-up notification and prompted to log in with your email address and password.
  8. Now provide your email address and password and click “Log In.” A welcome wizard will appear on the screen, and you must give some additional information following the on-screen instructions to reach the dashboard.
  9. Finally, you are on the dashboard. You can view your payroll and tax-related information and print your pay stubs and W2 statements with detailed information from the Pay History Tab.

Now, Trinity Industries, Inc. employees and all the associated staff don’t have to wait for a particular time and worry about printing and mailing pay stubs and w2 statements. When you are associated with Trinity Industries, Inc. as an employee or staff, you can view the latest pay stubs, w2s, and other employee information on the Paperless Employee Self-Service Portal through a login process. This article will help you access the portal for viewing your pay stubs and w2 statements. So, please, follow the steps carefully and adequately.

Step 1: Create an account:

Fifthly, answer three security questions and make a note. So that you can provide correctly if the system asks at any time to verify your identity.

Finally, select your electronic statement notification option and set up your pay statements receiving opportunity.

Step 2: Login Process:

Firstly, navigate the Paperless employee portal login page using this URL: https://www.paperlessemployee.com/trinity through a network-connected computer.

Then, provide your login credentials as User ID and Password.

Finally, click on the ‘Login’ button.

You can now get your Pay stubs and W2 statements from the definite options in this portal.

Help: If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, you can retrieve it with the ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ hyperlink from the login page. To retrieve your User ID, you must provide your Social Security Number (SSN), which cannot start with ‘000’ or ‘666’, and your Date of Birth following the format mm-dd-yy. For a Password, you must provide your User ID and complete the reCAPTCHA verification.

Travelcenters of America Pay stubs & W2s

TravelCenters of America is distributing the pay stubs electronically via PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal using this accessible URL: https://employee.tatravelcenters.com/psp/employee/EXTERNAL/?cmd=login. As an employee, you can receive the pay stubs electronically for viewing or printing and update personal and contact information. Here are also available benefits, employment information, and other payroll-related information. The electronic version of the w2 statement is unavailable here, but the company will mail a hard copy to your postal address by 31st January.

Sign-in Process to the Portal:

First, navigate to the sign-in page of the PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal using the accessible URL: https://employee.tatravelcenters.com/psp/employee/EXTERNAL/?cmd=login through a network-connected device as a computer or laptop. Point to be noted that you cannot get access through Smartphones because ESS does not support smartphones. Then, enter your User ID and Password on the definite text input fields. Here is your payroll and compensation information as pay statements, PAL & EIB, W4 forms for updating and direct deposit option, benefits information, Job Opening application, and personal and contact information as present address, email, phone, and emergency contact. You can update your personal and contact details in changing circumstances.

W2 Statements:

A paper copy of your W2 Statements will be sent to your home address on 31st January. Please contact the Human Resources office if you need to update your home address due to changing location. You can update your home address from the Portal also.

Have you forgotten your Password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Reset Password hyperlink and correctly following the instructions. First, you must provide your Employee ID to continue this process, and then you must provide your nine-digit Social Security Number, date of birth, and home zip code.
