Montefiore Paperless Pay

Montefiore Employees: Paperless Pay allows you to view or update your personal and payroll information, such as contact information, pay stubs, W-4 tax withholding, year-end tax statements, etc. It is a convenient and time-saving option that will be accessible online. As an employee, you are responsible for regularly reviewing your online pay stubs to verify that the proper amount of money is being deducted for federal tax and benefits (you elected). If you are a new employee, enrollment in Paperless Pay and the direct deposit program requires completing the appropriate forms and returning the documents to the HR office as soon as possible. When receiving your forms, your Paperless Pay account will be created by an administrator, and you will be able to access your account with a six-digit EZID and default PIN.

Access the Paperless Pay Account

View and print your latest pay stubs and update your W4 information online in the following way-
1. In your web browser, navigate to https://paperlesspay.talx.com
2. Enter your employer code, 13663, and click on Continue.
3. On the Montefiore Paperless Pay home page, click on Click Here to Login.
4. In the login field, enter your six digits EZID and click on Continue.
5. In the PIN field, enter your PIN, which is 8 to 16 digits number only. If you are new to this system, enter your temporary PIN, the last four digits of your SSN, and your four-digit DOB. Click on Login.
6. If you are new to this system, you must take additional steps to include security enrollment, add and verify contact information, update default PIN, etc.
7. Once successfully logged into the system, you will view your payroll information and manage your account.

Ohio State University Pay Stubs

Faculty staff and student employees: pay stubs are now electronically available through Employee Self Service via the internet whenever and wherever you can access your payroll information. It is convenient for you, and you have no more access to the Equifax Paperless Pay system. According to your payroll office, there is a bi-weekly and monthly payment method. If you are paid semi-monthly/bi-weekly, you will be paid every other Friday and the last working day of the month for paid monthly. You will also set up your direct deposit account thru the employee self-service portal. On the other hand, if you leave the university’s employment, you will no longer be able to access the Employee Self-service. You must contact the OSU Payroll service at 614-292-2311.

Accessing your pay stubs- Navigation

1. Use the link to access OSU Employee Self-Service at http://eprofile.osu.edu/
2. Enter your login credential and state username, the first part of your osu.edu email address, and password, select a device option, and click on Login.
3. If you are a new employee, you must activate your username or osu.edu email address before accessing self-service or another university portal.
4. To activate your username or osu.edu email address, go to the Identity and access management web portal. The portal will prompt enter an activation code, and do not have an activation code; you will also request an activation code.
5. Approve login request using BuckeyePass authentication/Duo Push
6. Once logged in, click on the Payroll information folder under Time and Pay.
7. Click on View My Paycheck. A list of pay stubs will be displayed, and the most current pay stub will be presented first. You can click on any of them to view your pay stubs.
8. If you have any technical issues related to logging in, username, or password, you can contact the IT Service Desk at 1-614-688-4357.

Sterling Jewelers Pay Stubs

Workday replaced Paperless Pay as Sterling Jewelers HR system. All North American active team members can access the My Workday self-service portal anywhere and anytime. Workday provides direct access to view your pay stubs and maintains your personal information according to your payroll office. You will also download and install the Workday app on your Mobile device to view your pay stubs and manage your personal information while away from work. Follow these instructions to gain access to Workday from a computer and mobile device-

Workday user ID and Password
Workday will have sent your login user ID and password to your email address. You will receive two emails, one containing your Login user ID and the other containing your password. User names are typically in the first name. Lastname format and temporary passwords are generated randomly.

Log In to Workday
Once you have received your login credentials, access Workday here-
https://www.myworkday.com/signetjewelers/login.htmld
Sign In with your username and password. If this is your first-time login, use your username and a temporary password in the email you received. Click on Sign In.
First-time users will be prompted to change their temporary password. To change your temporary password, enter a temporary password and then a new password twice. Please follow the password rules; the password will need to be updated every 90 days. Click on Submit.
In the following steps, you will be required to select and provides an answer to five challenging questions. Click Submit.
Once logged in, click on “Let’s Get Started” to begin your tasks.

Access using the My Workday App
Download and install the My Workday App on your Mobile device. The app is available on Google Play and Apple app stores.
Launch the Workday app on your mobile device.
Click on Setting
Enter your Company Tenant. Sterling Jewelers Tenant is: signet jewelers
Change the web address to https://www.myworkday.com
Click on Save. Now you can log in with your username and password.

Kay Jewelers Paperless Pay

Active team members of Kay Jewelers can access the Paperless Pay self-service website from any computer or mobile device. This self-service website provides convenient, direct access to view your payroll information and manage your account. Terminated team members cannot access the Paperless Pay system after 60 days of termination. Within this time, terminated employees should be printed the required employment documents from this self-service portal. This article will teach you how to access your Paperless Pay account.

Easy Way to Access Paperless Pay

1. Go to this link below- this will bring you to the Paperless Pay home page, where you will be asked for your Employer code-
https://paperelesspay.talx.com
2. Enter your Employer code. Kay Jewelers Paperless code is 10639. Click on Login. This will bring you to the Paperless Pay@Kay Jewelers home page.

Paperless Pay User Id and Default password

Paperless Pay user Id: Paperless pay user Id is your seven digits Employee Id with leading zero.
Paperless pay default password: The default password is the last four digits of your SSN plus four digits year of birth. For example, if your SSN is 123-45-6789 and your birth year is 1980, the password will be 67891980.

Paperless Pay Login
Once on the Paperless Pay @ Key Jewelers home page, click on “Click Here to Login.”
Enter your Employee ID. Click on Continue.
Enter your PIN/Password and Click Login.

New user Paperless Pay Login
When you first log in to the Paperless Pay system or reset your password by the support center administrator, you will be prompted to secure enrollment. The following must be completed at first login.
Select an option to make logging in more comfortable for future visits. Select the Yes option if this is your private device. If you are using a public computer, choose the No vote, and click on Save.
Update your personal information- you will be prompted to update your phone number and email address if you do not have the information on file. Click on Save.
Select and provide the answer to a series of security questions. This will be used to verify your identity in the future.
Update your default PIN.
Once you have successfully updated your PIN and other personal information, you will be logged out—log in with your Employee ID and new PIN.
