WRHA Pay Stubs

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) has implemented a self-service website with Ceridian (ePost) that enables all WRHA employees to access their pay stubs online without informing the payroll office. According to ePost, all of your pay statements and other documents will be archived in the system for seven years or until deleted by you. To use the ePost self-service, you must first register by providing personal and employment information into the system. Below are step-by-step instructions for quick and easy access to deposit accounts.

Access ePost

1. Go to the ePost for online bills and statements website at https://www.epost.ca
2. Scroll down and select “Sign in to epost” [if you have an account in epost]. Otherwise, scroll down and select “Sign up for epost” to register for an epost account.
3. If you already have an account, enter your username and password to log in, or click the Sign-up button.
4. Enter the email address, establish a username and password, select and provide the answer for two security questions, complete the captcha test, and click on Continue.
5. Select your profile type, scroll down, and select personally.
6. Enter your contact information- select title, enter your name, phone number, and contact address, select your language, and click on Continue.
7. You have received a confirmation message showing you successfully created your account. Click on Continue.
8. Once you are logged in, click on Mailers, then Add new document
9. Select Winnipeg Regional Health Authority-Employee pay from the list of available mailers.
10. Enter your nine-digit personnel identifier number. If it is eight digits, you must add a leading zero to make nine digits. And enter a three-digit code: the 4th digit of SIN, the last digits of your birth year, and the last digit of your SIN. For example, the SIN is 123-456-789, the date of birth is 1980, and the three-digit code is 409. Click on Continue.
11. The next step shows that you have successfully added the mailer. You will receive your latest pay statement in your post mailbox.

Fraser Health Pay Stubs

Fraser Health employees can now access their pay and benefit bank information through the myFHinfo self-service portal. The myFHinfo self-service portal is a secure website for employees or staff members. My info allows you to: view your pay stubs from anywhere, update or manage your direct deposit or banking information, and update your personal information, including emergency contact, address, access time bank, vacation coding, deduction, and much more. According to your payroll office, the direct deposit option is mandatory for all employees. If you are a new employee, ensure you show your Social Insurance Card and return the employee direct deposit form to the HR office. Once you have set it up manually, you can update it thru myFHinfo.


How to access myFHinfo

As an active employee of Fraser Health, you can access the myFHinfo web portal from the intranet and the internet.

Intranet or work computer- visit the FH Pulse from a work computer, click on Benefits and People Resource, Paying You (Payroll), and select myFHinfo.

Internet or from home- you can access myFHinfo directly by visiting https://remote.fraserhealth.ca/myfhinfo.
This will be taken you to the Fraser Health My Info service portal, where you will be asked to enter a login credential. If you do not have the login credential, you may contact the Service Desk at 604-585-5544.

Once you have logged in, click on view, pay notice options, and select a pay period from drop-down boxes to view your pay stub.

To view the sick or leave information, click on the Benefit Bank button. Contact your manager, supervisor, or service desk at 1-604-585-5544.

Zaxby’s Pay Stubs

Zaxby’s team members can access their current and past pay stubs, set up direct deposit, and update their personal information at the OPEN4 Employee service website. The OPEN4 Employee Self-Service portal can be accessed via the following website: team.zaxbys.com. As a team member, you will automatically have access to pay stubs through the OPEN4 ESS. If you do not have access, you can create an account or contact your support line at 706-389-7194. New employees and employees who were not previously on OPEN4 ESS must sign up. Because the ESS is a safe, secure way to access and print your payroll information. By receiving your pay stubs online, you can:
1. Review your statement as soon as it is available.
2. Print your pay stubs when needed.
3. Obtain past pay stubs that are available online.

How to access Your Pay Stubs


You do not require to access your pay stub online, and you can access your online pay stubs from any computer with an internet connection.
1. Go to OPEN4 Employee Self-Service at https://team.zaxbys.com/logon.asp
2. Enter your user ID and password, and press Login.
3. If you are new to this system, press on New User.
4. You will be asked to enter your Employee ID and social security number’s last four digits.
5. Next steps will prompt you to set up your account with personal information and contact information, create a user ID and password, select and provide the answer to a series of security questions, etc.
6. Once logged in, you can view and print your payroll information.

Nan Ya Plastics Pay Stubs & W2s

FPG and Nan Ya Plastics Employees: The Employee self-service allows you to access and update your details, review your pay stubs and W2 forms, and much more. The Employee self-service system can be accessed by visiting the following website: http://ess.npcusa.com. You are responsible for reviewing your pay stub information to ensure that the correct types of deductions are being taken. You must contact the payroll office as soon as possible if there is a discrepancy. On the other hand, employees also can receive the original W-2 Form online through the Employee self-service portal. But you must give consent for online delivery by Federal regulations. Once permission is granted for online viewing your W2 Form, you will receive an automated email notification when access is available. If you did not consent, your W-2 Form would be mailed via US Postal Mail by 31st January to the permanent address listed in the HR file. According to your payroll office, all your payroll information and W-2 will remain online for five years in the Employee Self-Service portal.

Access Employee Self-Service
Visit the Employee Self-Service website at http://ess.npcusa.com.
Log in using your User ID and password. You can use the same user ID and password that you have used on the FPG Workflow website.
Once logged in, click on Pay Stub. It will show a list of pay stubs for the last five years (if available). The most recent pay stub is showing on top.
Click on W-2 to view and print your W-2 statements. You must have installed Adobe Reader to view your pay stubs and W2s.

Consent for Online Delivery
Consent forms are available in the Employee Self-Service portal. Just log into the Employee Self-service portal, click on Consent Forms, then click on W2 Consent Form and print it out. Fill up the required field and send the local HR office.

Market Source Paperless Pay

Paperless Pay is a user-friendly, easy-to-access self-service portal that will enable the Market Source employees to verify your personal information, review your pay stubs, and download or print a copy of your year-end tax statement. These will be accessible online through Paperless Pay once you have logged in. Login to the Paperless Pay system using your Employee ID, located in the top center of your paper pay stub and PIN. The first time your login, you must use your default PIN and your date of birth in MMDDYY format. This content will assist you with using Paperless Pay to access your pay stubs and W-2 information and manage your account online.

Market Source Employer ID
On the Paperless Pay home page, you will be asked to enter your employer code, 10033. Once you enter the employer code, this will show the self-service login page for Market source employees.

Access Paperless Pay


To gain access to Paperless Pay, you must type the following into the address bar of your internet browser https://paperlesspay.talx.com. This will enable you to enter your employer code, 10033. Click on Continue. Click on Click Here to Login. This will allow you to log in to Paperless Pay.

First time user
The first time you log on to the Paperless Pay system, you will be required to complete an additional step to access this service. If you do not have access to the system, contact your Human Resource office or call 1-888-237-6835.

Security Enrollment
The security enrollment process allows you to securely recover your account access 24/7 days if you forget your password. You will choose to remember your device, set up security images and questions, and update your password during security enrollment.

View Pay Stubs
To review or print your pay stub, click on PayStubs under the Main Menu. The landing page will show you two submenus: i) PayStub History and ii) PayStub details. Paystub history will display a list of the traditional pay stub. You may click on any of them from the list to view. Paystub details will show the most recent pay stub. Use the Print or Download icon to print out or save your pay stubs.

Consent for Electronic W-2
To consent to the electronic delivery of your W-2, click on the “Tax Form Management” link. Select “Go Paperless Today”
Read the W-2 consent for online delivery instructions and click the checkbox “I understand and accept the terms for consenting for online tax form delivery.” Click on Accept and Continue.
Setup and verify notification email and phone number and click on Confirm and Submit.
Click on Test Now to view a sample online W2.
