All the employees have distributed their pay stubs and w2 statements electronically via the UltiPro Payroll Portal of Ultimate Software.
How do you access the pay stubs & W2 statements on the Portal?
- Navigate to the portal login page with the specific link provided by UltiPro as https://e22.ultipro.com/Default.aspx?Alias=Advoc972
- From the login page, log in with your User Name and Password.
- You will then be navigated to the Personal UltiPro Screen or dashboard automatically. You can get your desired documents as pay stubs and w2 statements or manage your other personal information.
If you are a first-time user, then please follow the following steps:
- Navigate to the login page of the Portal with the provided link.
- Enter your User Name and Initial Password. Please, collect your Username and Initial Password from your employer or HR office.
- Then click on the login button.
- You have to change your initial password, and you will be automatically navigated to the Password changing Screen. Follow the Instructions and password requirements from the screen carefully.
- Now, you will be navigated to the challenge questions screen. Please select and answer any three challenge questions from the dropdown list and click continue.
- Finally, your Personal UltiPro Screen will appear on the screen. Your pay stubs, w2 statements, or end-year tax-related documents are available on the dashboard. There is a Menu bar on the left top of the screen, and you can manage all your personal and other information, documents, and benefits.
For your future login to this Portal, you must provide your User Name and New Password that you have changed.
Can you retrieve your forgotten password with Forgot Your Password? Link from the login page. You have to provide your Username to get help resetting your password or Username and your Company access code to get a password reset link. Your company access code is available in the HR department.
