All the employees are provided pay stubs via CoWorx Self-Service Portal and W2 statements via Tax Form Management Portal.
How to get access to Pay Stubs?
- Navigate to the login page of the CoWorx Self-Service Portal with this link: https://www.coworx.net/employee.
- Log in by entering your User ID: Employee ID and Password: Last four digits of your SSN (Social Security Number). If you are an old user and have changed your password after your initial login, then provide your changed password.
- (Please skip this step if you are an old user) Can you change your password with the link as a Change password? Click here at the bottom of the login page.
- To view your Pay Stub, please click on the button designed with the US flag below “EMPLOYEE PAY STUB.” A new window will be opened. Select your check date and click on the Submit button. The following window will view your selected Pay Stub.
How to get access to W2 Statements?
- Navigate to https://www.mytaxform.com.
- Enter your Employer code: 10751 and click on the Login>> button on the login field.
- Enter your SSN (Social Security Number) and click on Continue.
- Enter your initial PIN and click on the login button. Your initial PIN is your Zip Code. If you are an old user, enter your changed PIN and access your W2 Statements.
- (Please skip this step if you are an old user) Answer some security questions and provide your phone number and email address. Change your initial PIN also, and Continue to the Next Step.
- You will get your home dashboard on the screen. Old users may be asked security questions or provided a one-time passcode via phone number through text or call to confirm their Identity.
- In the end, read the “W2 Consent” and click on the checkbox “I understand and accept the terms for consenting for online tax form delivery.”
