AEO is a leading retailer of high-quality and on-trend clothing, accessories, and personal care products. If you are working there, this article may help you reduce your time searching online. According to the AEO associate’s payment policy, Employees will be paid every other Thursday via direct deposit, payroll card, or paycheck unless there is a State requirement. Pay stubs can be picked up on Friday from your manager. If you are working in a store, contact your store manager where you work.  

AEO will be mailed 2019 W-2 statements no later than January 31st to the address on file. You must be allowed a week for your W-2 information to arrive via USPS (United States Postal Service). Contact the store manager or the local human resource office if you wish to update your mailing address. Otherwise, all associates, including current and former employees, can access their W-2 statements online for the 2018 tax year. To access your W-2 statement online, you must be registered. For instructions on how to access your W-2 online, follow the following instructions.

  1. Go to mytaxform.com
  2. Enter your employer code, which is 11849
  3. Click on “Click here to log in.”
  4. Enter your username and PIN.
  5. Complete the risk-based six steps authentication process if you log in for the first time.
  6. Set up W-2 delivery and notification options.

 For the prior W2s, you need to log into the ADP system. Just go to w2.adp.com and login into your account. If you are new to ADP, click on REGISTER NOW. It will be asked for your registration passcode. Contact your manager for the ADP registration passcode once you have completed the registration process.  

On the other hand, If you wish to change your benefits, you will need to use the Benefit Focus online enrollment system. Just log in to HR In Touch; otherwise, complete the registration process. Once logged in, click Enroll Now! and complete the required steps.

GAP Inc. Pay Stubs & W2s

Employment information must be accessible to the employee whenever and however need it. For this reason, the company offers online access to employment documents in a secure way. Both pay stubs and tax statements are now available online. All employees (GAP, banana republic, OLD NAVY, Gap Outlet, Banana Republic Factory Stores, and ATHLETA) will access their pay stubs through GAPWeb Portal and W-2s through the Tax Form Management website. They will also be able to set up a direct deposit account through GAPWeb. Therefore, access your account online the following way; once you’ve set up your account online, you can easily view and print out your pay stubs and tax statements.    

Accessing your Pay Stubs

Gap web enables its employees to easily view their personalized pay, benefits, direct deposit, and total well-being information- at any time through mobile devices or desktops. To access-

  1. Go to the Gap web at portal.gap.com.
  2. Enter your user ID and password and select login. (user ID is GAP web ID)
  3. Log into the Gap web with a temporary password; you will be asked to change the temporary password after login.
  4. Once logged into the Gap web, click on Pay & Benefits under My Shortcut. Then a new window will open your pay stubs.
  5. To set up a direct deposit account, click on Direct Deposit under My Shortcut.
  6. If you need any assistance, call at 1-866-411-2772 x28000 (US users), 1-800-241-2626 (US store users), 1-800-333-7899 x7755 (US GID DC users), and 1-615-230-2300 (US DC users).

Accessing your W-2s

The tax Form Management website allows you to access your year-end tax statement online.

  1. To access the Tax Form Management website, go to mytaxform.com
  2. Enter your Employer code, which is 11109.
  3. Click on Click here to log in.
  4. Enter your User Name [ user name will be your SSN without dashes]
  5. Enter your PIN [your PIN will be your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format. This is your first time PIN].
  6. If this is your first-time login, you will go through the six-step enrollment process.
  7. Once you’ve done this, you will be at your home dashboard. To receive your W2s online, you must consent to receive forms online. Click on My Account, then tick the checkbox and select “Receive forms online.”
  8. Read the consent disclosure notice, tick the consenting checkbox, and click on “Accept and Continue.”
  9. Set up the notification email/phone and click “Confirm and Submit.”
  10. Now you can view and print your W2s. You must pay the tax filing and return processing fees if you want to file your taxes with the Tax Form Management website.

TJX Employee Pay Stubs & W2s

HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, Sierra Trading Post, Winners, HomeSense, Marshalls, and T.K. Maxx, are the banner of TJX Company. So don’t worry. If you are working in any stores of TJX in the USA and Canada, you will access Oracle MSS-LSD powered by Ultipro from the worksite and home computer. If you want to go paperless, you can log into the ADP portal to obtain an earning summary (pay stubs). On the other hand, you will also access your year-end tax statement online from a third-party website called Paperless Employee. We encourage you to sign up for the electronic delivery of the year-end tax statement. Because when you are no longer with TJX or relocate to another state, it will not be mailed to your present address.

Pay Statements- Access ADP:

If you are new to the ADP system, there are two ways to register in Oracle. Automatic registration and self-registration. If your I.T. manager already notes you, you don’t need to self-registration. You use the user I.D. (first initial of First Name, Last Name@TJX) and temporary password (you’ve to change the temporary password during initial login- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one letter and 1 number. Passwords are case-sensitive. It is recommended that passwords be 12 or more characters and includes a mix of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols) to access the ADP system. Not year registered by I.T., you can request automatic registration to I.T. or complete the self-registration process. For self-registration, follow the following steps-

To access the ADP application, go to my.adp.com and log in with your user I.D. and password.

If you are a first-time user, click “REGISTER NOW” and enter your Registration passcode.

From there, you will be prompted to enter personal information to verify the account you are attempting to access and validate your identity.

Once you have successfully verified your identity, you will be assigned a system-generated user I.D. and will be required to create a password if you have not already done so.

You may also be asked for real-time OTP and security questions. Once you have completed this process, remember your user I.D. and password- you will need it to log in next time.

W2s- Access Paperless Employee:

  1. Go to the Paperless Employee web portal for TJX associates at www.paperlessemployee.com/tjx.
  2. Log in with your user I.D. and password if available. Do not have one, click the Create Account button.
  3. Authenticate your identity with AIN, SSN, and DOB. If you are a Canadian associate, you can use SIN.
  4. Create a user I.D. and password
  5. Choose and provide the answer to password recovery questions.
  6. Enter your contact information. And set up the Notification option.
  7. Select the “Yes” to receive your W-2s electronically and check out the notification box.

Oracle self-Registration-

  1. Go to www.mytjx.com
  2. Click on “Click here if you are an associate.”
  3. Click on the second link, “If you do not have an Oracle User ID and password, Click Here,” under U.S. Associates. Already have, then click on the first link. If you are a Canadian associate, then choose the Canadian associate.
  4. On the next screen, enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and SSN, as displayed on your payslip. Click on Next.
  5. Enter a username of your choice and create a password and click on Next.
  6. Click on the Submit button. You will see confirmation messages on the next screen.
  7. If you have any problem or forget your password, call 1-888-444-4848 to reset your password.

WSFCS Pay Stubs

Beginning with December 2008, Winston Salem/Forsyth County Schools employees on direct deposit will receive their payroll check stub (pay stubs) information via the Employee Documents portal. It is also called “e-Docs.” WS/FCS’s payroll department maintains the e-Docs web service. It is a secured website where employees can access their employment and payroll data anywhere and anytime, even when they have retired or resigned from their jobs. You will also view and print an unlimited copy of your Tax form online thru the employee Document Portal. These articles explain signing on and viewing or printing your payroll check stubs and year-end tax statements.

“e-Docs”: Pay Stub Viewing and Printing

1. Access the Employee Documents Portal website using the “e-Docs” link at this article’s bottom (REFERENCE). The direct link is https://edocs.wsfcs.k12.nc.us/DocAgent/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fdocagent
2. Logon to Employee Documents Portal will need your user ID and password. Once you have typed the login information, press on Login. Do not recall your password, click on “Forgot Password?” if you need further assistance, call the IT help desk at 727-8300.
3. If this is the first time signing on the employee documents portal, you may need the following information to access the system-
User ID: six-digit employee ID [can be found on paper pay stub]
Password: last four digits of SSN and the first two letters of the last name in CAPITAL. For example, the last four digits of your SSN are 6789, your name is Beverly Leek, and your temporary password is 6789LE.
4. You will be prompted to change your temporary password and add personal & contact information.
5. Once you have done everything, you will be on the home page of “e-Docs.” Now, you can view your payroll check stubs, Form W-2, and other HR documents and resources uploaded by the HR/payroll department.
6. To print out, you can use the standard printing procedure.

White Castle Pay Stubs & W2s

White Castle is an American fast-food restaurant chain founded in 1921 in Wichita, Kansas. Today, it has almost 12,000 employees with more than 400 White Castle across the country. However, the white castle offers a direct deposit option for all employees. Therefore if you would like to enroll in a direct deposit, you can fill up the natural deposit form and bring it to the payroll office/restaurant manager. Once you have submitted it, you will be automatically deposited on payday (Thursday).

Access your Electronic Pay stubs
Pay stubs may be viewed and printed from a work computer. Each white castle restaurant has a PC where a team member can access their earning statements (pay stubs) electronically. You will receive a user ID and temporary password for login into the intranet system during orientation and be prompted to set up biometrics (fingerprint) upon the first-time login. Once you have login with your user ID, you will view and print your pay stub. If you have not enrolled in direct deposit, the paycheck will be postmarked, or you can request for hold/collect from the restaurant. Need assistance, contact your manager.

W2s
W2s for the current year will be available the following January, and you will be notified when they will be distributed. According to the payroll office, your W-2 will be postmarked no later than January 31st of each year, and you must allow at least one week for mail delivery.

Benefits Enrollment
If you worked for White Castle, whitecastle.benefitsnow.com would allow you to enroll in the eligible benefits program online. Once logged in, the system will be prompted to enroll in the suitable benefits program. For more information, contact the White Castle team member benefits center.
